Strike was founded by a lifelong fisherman and expert shoemaker who set out to create footwear built for the demands of angling. We design performance-driven shoes using innovative materials that deliver comfort, grip, and durability – whilst prioritising the health of our oceans. Strike is the official footwear partner of the International Game Fish Association.

Strike began with a conversation amongst a close-knit fishing community. Angling is a technical and demanding sport – so where is the equipment to accommodate that? One such member of that community happened to have 50 years’ experience as a shoemaker. He had sustained many injuries as a lifelong fisherman and sought to set a new standard for angling footwear that would enable optimal performance when out on the water.
